Most relocation sites publish a number. We publish a number, the source it came from, the sample size behind it, and when it was last verified. If two sources disagree, we surface the dispute. If one source is alone, we mark it with a single source pill so you know the certainty.
A number ranks GREEN (3+ sources agree), AMBER (2 sources agree) or RED (1 source). Each is shown next to the figure as a small pill. RED figures are still useful — they're just labelled honestly.
Every median or rate carries the number of underlying listings (n) it was computed from, and the date of the most recent listing in the sample. If n is below 50 we display a 'small sample' caveat.
Market-listing medians are ASKING prices — not what changed hands. Realised transaction figures from the Cyprus Land Registry (when available) sit as a sibling figure with their own pill.
If Bazaraki says €2,000/mo and dom.com.cy says €4,000/mo for the same address, both feed a dispute queue. Numbers under active dispute carry a 'reconciling' pill until resolved. Our open dispute count is published.
