Most relocation websites are a thin sales funnel for one law firm or one estate agent. Relocate Cyprus is the opposite: free for you, paid for by the professionals who want to receive qualified, ready-to-engage relocators.

What you pay

Nothing. Everything on this site — guides, area pages, calculators, planner, document tracker, search, mobile app — is free.

What we charge professionals

• · Verified listing: a small monthly seat fee for being in the directory.
• · Per-qualified-lead: when you request an intro, we pass it to the right pro. The pro pays a fixed fee per accepted introduction.
• · Featured slots: some pages will eventually have a single highlighted pro. Always labelled "featured" — never disguised.

What we will never do

• · Sell your data.
• · Push more than one pro per category at you.
• · Take a percentage of your transaction with the pro.
• · Promote a pro just because they pay more — match is by category fit + your preferences only.
• · Add tracking pixels or third-party advertising.

Premium features (later)

Eventually some deeper data products will be paid: full development-pipeline reports, planning-permission alerts, concierge-style move management. Always optional, always transparently priced. Nothing essential to the relocation decision will become paywalled.
